At Avery Grey Soapery, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be happy with your items, so please contact us to work out a solution.
Orders ship in 3-5 business days unless a "made to order" or Custom Soap product was ordered. In that case please see the individual listing as to turn around time.
We happily take custom orders for our artisan soap and bath bombs. We do require that the entire batch be purchased. For soaps, a batch size is 12, 24, or 30 bars. For bath bombs, batch size varies according to the design/shape requested. We can customize scent, colors and design, but please understand that the process of soap making means that each bar and loaf may be slightly different. Custom soaps and bath bombs can be perfect favors for weddings, baby showers, and bridal showers. Lead time for custom orders is a minimum of 6 weeks. Please contact us for all custom inquiries.

What is Artisan Soap? Artisan Soap is handmade soap, also called Cold Process Soap. It's made in house, completely from scratch with ingredients I've chosen specifically to make a luxurious bar of soap.
How do I use Artisan Soap? The same way you would use any other bar of soap! Simply run the bar under water, and lather with hands, washcloth, or bath poof.
Are your products bought from a manufacturer? No way! All bath products are made in house by me, Meagan. I do everything from making the products, packaging them, printing and applying labels, and shipping products straight to you.
